Tip: Correct Forum Time

Ok, so as some of you might have it, your forum clock is like 10 seconds to 5 minutes behind, but if you set your time offset's decimal places to .009, then you should be exactly on time, or 1 second behind
This is just a little tip as the forum clock is currently behind, 1 second behind is better than 5 minutes.
