His name is Stephen Willeford, he's a former NRA instructor who reportedly engaged Kelley with an AR-15 (the same model gun Kelley was using) as he was executing wounded people, got into a firefight with him, then hooked up with a truck driver and chased him to the county line. He may have actually killed Kelley, though that isn't really known.

Its really strange that I'm having trouble pulling up information on the guy who combated the shooter. I can't seem to find many well written articles about Stephen Willeford.
