Honestly tho semi auto guns are butts. Even with a fixed mag people can like mod it to like load from the top.

Revolvers n breech load guns can't get extended clip modifications. That way you can like, defend yourself just enough for it to actually be defense, not overkill

Good loving luck trying to restrict semi-auto rifles. Nobody's going to be a political martyr for a nonissue like availability of semi-automatic rifles and there's too many guns in circulation to be properly stopped.
