Revolvers n breech load guns can't get extended clip modifications. That way you can like, defend yourself just enough for it to actually be defense, not overkill

I agree. That way I'll have the tactical advantage over everybody I rob when I mill an AR-15 lower in my garage out of scrap aluminium.
