| Good way to passively lose weight? |

| Sheepocalypse:
I'm getting a bit on the hefty side, but I only have 1 day off from work a week. That's not enough exercise to maintain my weight. I used to starve myself, but it just made me feel terrible. I'm talking about not eating for maybe 9 days. Now, I'm eating 500 calories or less which is somewhat helping but still makes me feel bad, but not as bad. I drink my tea, eat some green beans, and tell myself I'm full. The rest of the day if I feel hungry I eat ice or drink water. Anyone have any suggestions on losing weight without hitting up the gym every day? |
