Good way to passively lose weight?

First of all, how much do you weigh, and what is your height? Secondly, stick to drinking water, and honestly, if you want to lose weight, you need to perform some exercise. A key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you intake for the day. you might intake 500 calories a day but if you're not burning it, it's just gonna be stored as fat / burned slowly.

I'm around 200 and 5"10. The tea is just a substitute for coffee because I have to wake up early every day. My job has me running around and sweating basically all day, but most of the sweat is from the heat.

if you're fat, you don't want to immediately go down to 500 calories a day dude, that pretty much like starving yourself.

only proven way to lose weight is a low carb, high protein diet with a lot of cardio.
