For all you and I know, they could be lying to make the server look worse than it already is.
And yes, I do admit, the Administrator and Moderator team is a bit flawed but we're trying to improve but such aggressive behaviour does not help us do that.

There are have been multiple dramas on this server, so new topics on how bad the server is never surprises me. I have contacted staff before and none have done stuff about it, including the host. Rules were broken and no one does anything. Explain that.

Even though there's no proof of the host being aggressive but I certainly have proof of the host being aggressive years ago. The host never changed and neither the admins have.

Plus, which admins did you actually contact?
Because, apparently, I'm the only one who is bothered enough to properly ban people and such, whereas the others either ignore or just leave the server.

but the point still stands, servo2 is a stuffty host with stuffty administrators. if he hasn't changed over the course of a couple years, he won't change any time soon

Anyways, on with what the OP says.

He was banned for breaking two rules, which was to not dis-respect or cause needless arguments.
And as he broke those, Servo was more than right to ban Verdun.
He has also committed ban evasion too
