making something sellable in more places can only really increase demand.... even if only one person wants to buy it in that formerly-illegal zone, its still one more than before. its statistically impossible that nobody here would be interested enough to buy elephant products, so theres gonna be a market, even if its a small one
now whether or not an increased market is an acceptable thing is another issue
