swarming flies kinda like the tf2 unusual effect?

yeah but way more than that
i dont really want super detailed flies because that would look bad but maybe something more than just black dots so you can tell what they are

for the fog in windows just use fog b on grey/brown bricks

we want angel dust not plumes of vape

for the fog in windows just use fog b on grey/brown bricks
i understand you can do that but i wanted the dots/particles emitter things to mix in with that
something like what hammer uses for source

compared to

you could probably edit fog b/a

well i tried to make the add-on but no matter what i do the particles wont use the textures
however i did edit fog A and got this result

hardcode the filepath maybe. eg instead of "./image" use "add-ons/particle_youremitter/image"

even doing that didnt work

i made 3 dusts. dust a - regular dust
dust b - gravity dust
dust c - spread dust

those pictures look dope

to fix the mod, rush b maybe make sure in networking your download textures is on, and also that you 1) dont use conflicting particle and emitter datablock names and 2) make sure the emitters actually use the particles you created
