Anyone else notice something weird going on with keystrokes?

I think it started when I got a Win10 update or something, I unno. But whenever I play a game like CS:GO or Warframe, I get this stuttering when holding down a key like WASD or Tab, kinda like the turbo mode on a controller, but it only happens sometimes, sometimes it just fixes itself suddenly. I just wanna know what's causing this if anyone else has experienced this lately.
