Most small websites will probably be throttled to forget because they can't meet ISPs' financial demands. (because they have less sales because they're being throttled because they can't meet ISPs' financial demands... etc)

There is honestly a range of possible outcomes of the repeal of net neutrality but they're all stufftier than what we have now. Some are monstrously worse and the rest are just bad.

yeah there is no realistic scenario where the repeal of net neutrality is a net positive for the citizens
