I suspect the default is throttled, and any websites or services that aren't specifically included in some package are just eternally going to be slow

i suspect the default is going to be around where it is now, maybe a bit slower. i think their primary focus is going to be slowing down 1. competitors, 2. sites that users haven't paid extra for, and 3. VPNs
