On my server, while not begging for admin and abusing it, he was acting quite immature. Explosion spam, needing to be told to not lag the server, that sort of thing. He also asked for admin to load something, which I obliged, nobody else was on the server, and I took it away very quickly after he began loading. I never kicked him because he was just harmless enough and receptive enough when I told him to stop, and sometimes it's fun to have a stuffter on your server tbqh.
So, while not evidence, I would believe he actually did this.
