From what I can tell it was moreso about her manager or w/e trying to force her to work with him instead of just letting it go? Could she have been a bit more chill about it on twitter? Sure. Was she being homophobic? No, lol, she didn't want to work with him because of his work in gay research, not because he was gay. There's a huge diff between the two.
