And the man had no gun, but because he could've had a gun it was fine, right? |

actually it's not very clear from the distance that they were at whether he had a gun in his pants (which were evidently oversized since he kept pulling them up theres a stuffload of negligence in this case but with the options that the cops decided to choose for a drunk and influenced anxious man there's not much that could be done at that point |
