That feature is available so that trust in the voting system can be established, and to help people detect vote manipulation. I don't condone people harassing each other for their opinions in a popularity contest, I ask everyone that they do not use this tool for the purpose of harassment. If too much of that happens I'll just end up being forced to remove that feature completely.
