can anyone else not change their profile pic

this happens to me when i change my avatar you have to refresh with ctrl f5
if that doesnt work then it's beyond my knowledge

sometimes it works when u save it in paint, sometimes in gimp, sometimes paint.net works, and photoshop like every once in a while

sometimes my .png avatars wouldn't upload, so i exported them as low-quality .jpgs and they worked
