There are various methods the pros use really it's just a matter of what works for you and what you're comfortable with
- Put it in a tuna can - this works well but beware the sharp edges
- wrap it in plastic wrap - muffles and protects from dust
- put it way back in your mouth/throat - definitely makes a mess of it
- stick it in a Hoover - this is nearly to effective
- cover it in cooking oil - you can use butter if no oils around
And that's just a fraction of the possibilities
