all we have to choose from is hughesnet (slow stuff) frontier (slow stuff) and comcast (anti-nn and jacks up prices all the time)

that's accurate, google isn't rigging it
"Mbps" is different than megabytes per second.

8 mega-bits = 1 mega-byte

Most ISPs advertise their speeds with Megabits
