Any good tabs for the Quick Revive Jingle?

The Quick Revive Jingle in CoD zombies is so addicting to listen to that I want to learn it on Guitar, but I can't find any tabs that aren't chords or just terrible, does anyone know of any tabs or can they make one? I'd really like that.
