Can I connect this condensor microphone directly to my motherboards soundcard?

Planning on buying a microphone but condensors need phantom power or some stuff and idk what that this

Can I just buy an xlr to 3.5mm cable and plug it in or do I need some other stuff for that?

i said you need a pre-amp with phantom power OR a mixer board with pahtnom power 24v-48v

A mixer board is a completely different thing
