| I was suspended for 10 days |

I was suspended from school for 10 days from december 1st - 14th for distribution of marijuana on school property. I missed the 15th yesterday right before winter break to discuss the disciplinary action with the office of student conduct. my punishment after winter break is I have to have 2 random drug tests throughout the school year, and the school can test and search under reasonable suspicion. if I am caught with another offense it is most definitely expulsion and/or legal action. these past two weeks have been probably the most stressful weeks of my life. but I am honestly relieved with the punishment I got. i'll have to clean up my act from now on. discuss other legal/school issues you guys have encountered. |
