It needs to be maximum 75x75 pixels large. Clear your cache if it seemed to have worked and didn't tell you the filesize was too large. |

It just takes some finagling, like, saving it as a GIF with different settings if one doesn't work out, making the image smaller than 75x75, saving it as a JPG, saving it as a PNG, etc |
