what is a sandwich

for reference, i consider a sandwich to be something between two pieces of bread that can be sliced in half
i also consider poptarts a sandwich

that means my richard is a sandwich because it has the skin on the outside and then the meat on the inside
actually to fit your definition the meat on the inside would be one slice of bread and the skin would be the middle of the sandwich and then my fist would be the second slice of bread

this chart forgets me up because, like, a sub is a sandwich. a chip butty is a sandwich.
but a hot dog is most certainly not a sandwich, so i am not true neutral on this
