[NEWS] South Carolina is attempting to ban Bump-Stocks

South Carolina is making an attempt to ban Bump-stocks due to the Las Vegas shooter owning 12.
And on another note the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives is going to review the device again and might also try and ban them on a national level.
This most likely won't go anywhere due to their current regulations in place on Automatic Weapons.

they're a loophole for automatic weapons...? something that's already banned without an expensive permit...?
