Rapsittie Street Kids: weird-ass, lost christmas special from 2002

in 2002, a company called Wolf Tracer Studios released a movie called Rapsittie Street Kids. the movie was so bad it only aired once, and wasn't found anywhere until about 12-13 years later, and was uploaded into vidme (rip) and youtube.
