UPDATE
I've changed the OP a little bit and also included Hatmod_Postal, which contains the Dude's hair and nothing else, Decal_Postal, Which contains the Dude's Shirt and nothing else, and also a link to Kidalex90's Petition Item, which includes the Dudes's petition and nothing else. Also, I made the cat on the end of the gun look slightly less handicapped.
