You should have a blockland in
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Blockland
And also one in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Blockland
The one in Documents is the original non-steam blockland.
The one in steamapps is obviously the steam version.
You should be able to copy your base, config, and add-ons folders from Documents and paste them / replace the ones in steamapps.
