(you have to show ID, utility bill, some other stuff) i had to do a risky move with someone from ebay because my $450 (from a watch i sold) was just sitting in that account, doing nothing. i couldn't move the money to another acc, couldn't do ANYTHING (except refund). I refunded the money back to him and offered $390 if he sent the money to my dads paypal. after like a day he finally did it and forget me i couldn't have been luckier. |
