I just quickly remade this for you. Took about 20 minutes.

They'll load as public bricks though, so you may need to save the track, clear the bricks, and re-load it as your own. Alternatively you could just clear the track and build from scratch.
All events from Speedkart are in this gamemode. winRace does absolutely nothing except print a message in chat.
The karts are loaded from the default SpeedKart gamemode, no duplicate models or datablocks are included here. This makes load times a lot faster especially for other people joining your server if you're doing a collaborative project.
If you have New Duplicator, it'll be loaded with the gamemode.
