Forum clock is slow

But that clock does it's job of telling time, the forum clock, not so much

when its like 10:30 for me it says all posts were made yesterday so something off
edit the forum clock is 4-5 minutes behind but it adds 2 hours for me

you can change the time using the "Look and Layout Preferences" section of your profile settings
