That wasn't the intention, didn't mean for it to come off as that way. The point I was making is how immature they are all acting. They seem like the stereotypical kid who thinks that if they don't get what they want when they want it its ok to go around having a fit over it. Like for forgets sake this guy wrote an entire rant over a package being late. Also from the sound of it if I blizzard hit that only massively complicates things even more.

If you read the disclosure for it, it specifically says that it is not guaranteed to be there by that date, they will do their best. Usually the policy is if it doesn't get there by the intended date it will be refunded, if not make sure to contact whoever shipped it.
