i used to be like this, making stuff and not listening to a thing anyone had to say because i considered it rude and insulting
i have to say that once i opened up to criticism i still didn't feel good about it but didn't ignore it either, and ill say it really improved my work a lot compared to where it was when i was ignoring it
he just needs to take criticism better and also not listen to the actual richards that insult him with nothing constructive about it
