My profile picture won't change

So about a week ago I changed my forum profile picture and it won't work for some odd reason.

I've also set the picture to 74x74, not sure if that makes it incompatible but I highly doubt it.

has to be 75x75. try to save it in gimp, if you dont have gimp try saving with paint.net and change the bit depth
