1. this is a specific, one day long stuffshow, not a protracted collection of events from a range of decades
2. islam is not a race
3. the native americans were not reduced primarily through genocide. when the europeans arrived, they brought european diseases with them. when european cultured states began genocide towards the natives (most infamously, andrew jackson initiating the trail of tears after the supreme justice had ruled in a dispute that the natives had rights to the land jackson was purging them from).
