No, the M69 is an antique. It's really bulky, stuffty and impractical. Like owning a loving plate carrier.

They still cause damage to you, internally and externally. Vests still aren't very good.

Bullets are stopped by the vest but the force isn't.
It can cause broken bones and even internal bleeding, but at least you won't have a bullet wound, if the plates hold up.
