i dont know how this happend but it just did.
the texture on the "left hand" has complete wrong shading (inverted) and i tried duplicating the other arm, tile texture mapping and welding un welding.
pls help

Enable Auto Smooth in the Groups tab, have nothing selected, and use the move, rotate, or scale tool on nothing, and your normals should correct themselves

the only "fix" i could do was turning of auto smoothing and rotate the wrong shaded parts, somehow works but now looks ugly in the editor
