the email was like yoursecretadmierer- or something like that @gmail.com so not an actual name there

and "quiet as you are" likely means nothing too seeing as the recipient is a human being (not really known for being quiet)
the last line sounds pretty meaningless too
tbh it's probably nonsense just to get you to reply so they'll know whether your email address is actually in use
