I actually had a similar thing happen to me this year; I volunteered to help make an Anime Club discord because my friend told the anime club leader that I was a good technology person to go to. Then some random guy joined the discord and i clicked on his name and it linked me to this hentai/erp hub uh idr what its called but whatever. I joined the discord and found like 9 of my friends discord accounts on there and they had ads up listing their type/special interestes and now im not friends with them
