How do I install add-ons in blender 2.49b

how. ctrl + alt + u doesn't work, and only this version of blender and lower can successfully export .blb files.

Found out myself...
Theres a scripts folder in the blender foundation. Just drag and drop the plugin to there.
.BLB still didn't work, Its cause im trying to export smallbricks, Its trying to read a brick shape value (such as 1x2, 3x5) that doesn't exist.
