can someone help me with this loving handicapped cubase bullstuff

for those who know what cubase is

I download the installer on the download assistant and I hit open and immediately I'm brought into Peazip and so I click the files until I reach Start Installation.exe and I click it and it says "hey this is a windows executable do you want to run it" and I'm like yes and it asks "do you want this to make changes to your computer" and I hit yes and then absolutely nothing happens

where did you download it from?

check if there's a folder named for it and then see if it has the executable. there should be some stuff in %temp that might include the .exe, too. if that isnt there, redownload the installer.

the executable is there but it does nothing

Cubase apparently only runs on 64-bit versions of Windows. Are you running a 64-bit OS? Not sure what happens if you try to run an x64 executable on an x86 system but it might just refuse to run with no error message or anything like what you're describing.
