How do you feel about the whole conversation regarding ADHD?

It does exist, and stimulants like Ritalin, Adderall, Vyvanse, etc. are a valid option of treatment.
It does exist, but stimulants shouldn't be used/given to people, especially young children.
It may exist, but it's mis-/overdiagnosed.
Doubtful it exists, especially since it's questionable to give people medicine to alter their personality/attention span.
Does not exist, it's completely made-up/just an excuse for being lazy and unmotivated.

i dont have ADHD but my mom does and it just means she loses focus easily

it exists and stimulants are a valid form of treatment, but i think that it gets over-diagnosed in kids. kids are just naturally hyperactive. let them run around and play and wear themselves out. it's when they're out of that hyper-active kid stage and show signs of ADD/ADHD that it should be looked into further.
