Is there any way to "setprint"

I found the print events addon and it was just what I needed, but it was crap-on'd. Is there anyway to set print images and text now or am I just outta luck?

NOEDIT: All I want to do for example is make a print switch from an off screen to an on screen (I can just use white and black, but I want to change the print and not the color of the screen

The functions exists in VCE, but there are no events for it
