oh yeah, and when im indoors and feel a sneeze coming on i just look at the nearest bright bulb and it makes me sneeze

That will actually forget you over. The reason they tell you not to look at a solar eclipse without equipment is because the UV exposure can make you blind.

Never look directly at the sun.
