Some add ons randomly enabling themselves

I don;t know what's going on but I'm having issues where some add ons randomly enable or disable themselves. Not sure why.

Console says nothing.

Nevermind I found out why.

Apparently clicking anywhere on the screen will enable or disable the add-on.

I always thought clicking the circle would enable it.

Any mod for this?

...you want a mod just to make the clickable area slightly smaller?

I don't see why grabbing another addon to decrease box size is necessary
