Server_NationalFlags failing to use flag

I'm so confused as to why its not using the flag even though its literally right there, is there something I did wrong?

Have you tried the mini-flags version (if you haven't)? Is downloading textures enabled?

I have tried both versions and it can't seem to grab the flag png for my country for either of them.

Try moving the zip contents into a normal folder named the same thing, and then delete the zip file.
