Under certain lights you can give specific prints an illusion of animation to make them look creepy.

It's just the contrast on anti aliased parts of the print. I'm pretty sure this doesn't happen on Mac or Linux due to color correction

You can use the RGB light on RGB prints to get a lot more drastic changes

I remember when people would use red, green, and blue bricks on a dark map with an RGB light in front of them to make a little animation out of them
