Yes I did pay via paypal. I'll look around to see if it was USPS's or the seller's fault. At first EBay live support said that it was the seller and then afterwards said they don't know.

Package delivered to neighbors accidentally down the block. Got a bit suspect because seller wasnt answering

Now I did. Had to search a bit because seller did not bother to remove pin.
