mouse sensitivity problem

recently as i have been playing blockland, i've noticed that at random times my mouse sensitivity will spike randomly and make me turn uncontrollably fast.
the settings don't help unless i turn it extremely low but even then it'll still be fast

mouse: razer mamba tournament edition

now it's working properly, locking
