the ground is gone

so i try to host a server and when i load in, the ground is missing, i reset the enviorment settings and nothing happens, i disabled all the addons i installed before it happened and i looked it up and nothing came up to fix it

Is it gone as in you fall down to the void or can you still place bricks and walk around?
